Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend services for 10X scale.
- Architect resilient distributed systems and APIs for massive concurrency.
- Define technical vision and system architecture for 99.999% availability.
- Develop self-service platform tools and cloud deployment automation.
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
- Identify and resolve system performance bottlenecks.
- Solve complex technical problems in Public and Hybrid Cloud environments.
- Mentor and influence engineering teams through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend engineering and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in backend programming languages like Go, Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience in system design using public cloud services.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Track record of delivering systems with 99.999% uptime.
- Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
