Responsibilities

Provide presales technical and functional support to MRI sales teams, prospects, and existing customers.
Deliver value-based presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses.
Map customer use cases, business objectives, and workflows to MRI solutions, initially focusing on Prolease and Prolease Enterprise integrations.
Develop, design, validate, and position MRI software capabilities, advanced product concepts, and third-party interfaces.
Apply data modelling and solutioning skills to develop workable solutions and address technical issues.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party service providers on project scope, pricing, availability, and technical delivery.
Support customer implementations, product decisions, innovation, and quarterly and annual business objectives.
Facilitate colleague learning and help teams understand and represent MRI and MCI solutions.

Fluency in French and English is required; working proficiency in German is a bonus.
At least 3 years of experience in software, with AI or PropTech experience preferred.
A degree or comparable professional experience in Property Management, Leasing, or Accounting is preferred.
Strong presentation, written, verbal, client-facing, and value-communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple opportunities, respond flexibly to changing priorities, and think on your feet during demonstrations.
Strong technical ability, willingness to develop data modelling and solutioning skills, and interest in AI applications.
Ability to travel up to 60%, including occasional international or short-notice travel.
