Responsibilities

Lead technical architecture, solution design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and support for Workday solutions.
Design, develop, enhance, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, web services, APIs, RaaS, XML/XSLT, and SFTP or file-based solutions.
Configure Workday business processes, rules, validations, approvals, notifications, calculated fields, custom objects, security, and related functionality.
Design and develop advanced, matrix, composite, RaaS, dashboard, and BIRT reports.
Conduct technical and code reviews for Workday developers and implementation partners.
Establish development standards, naming conventions, error handling, logging, monitoring, documentation, and deployment practices.

Minimum 8+ years of enterprise application or HR technology experience with significant hands-on Workday implementation and support experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, RaaS, XML, and XSLT.
Strong understanding of Workday HCM business processes, data model, security framework, reporting, and integration architecture.
Experience supporting Workday functional areas including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, and Talent.
Experience designing complex Workday integrations with external enterprise systems and troubleshooting advanced reports and calculated fields.
Experience with Workday Domain Security, Business Process Security, security groups, and Integration System Users.
Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, change management, testing, release management, and production support.
Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Workday certifications in Integration, HCM, Reporting, Security, or related functional areas are highly preferred.
Experience with Workday Extend, Workday Orchestrate, enterprise integration platforms or middleware, enterprise API management, event-driven integrations, and cloud platforms is preferred or desirable.
