Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical assistance with the implementation, use, and further development of ION.
- Collaborate with customers to understand problems and develop tailored strategies and software solutions, including custom web applications and large-scale data solutions.
- Own solution development and delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable software across the stack.
- Execute high-stakes projects end to end in small teams.
- Use customer feedback and requirements to help improve the First Resonance product.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience shipping production-quality code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across customer and internal stakeholder groups.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical individuals in dynamic environments.
- Experience with Python and/or React with TypeScript is desired.
- Experience or curiosity working with large-scale data for customer-facing problems is desired.
- Experience in manufacturing, as a Product Manager, or as a Lead Engineer is desired.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
