Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and customize software solutions using SAP HCM Payroll.
- Process payroll and manage employee lifecycle activities within SAP environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and help manage team performance.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience with payroll processing and employee lifecycle management within SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules and integration points with enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll-related issues.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
- Competence in customizing SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
