Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Customize SAP HCM Payroll modules to support organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues and support payroll compliance.
- Integrate SAP HCM Payroll with other enterprise systems.
- Analyze payroll data and generate accurate reports for business decisions.
- Act as an SME, collaborate across multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Manage team activities, make team decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll, including payroll processing, compliance, module customization, troubleshooting, integrations, data analysis, and reporting.
- 15 years of full-time education.
