Base Salary
$80k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support software implementation of Veeva Quality solutions through assessment and review of new features
- Manage customer projects, including scope alignment and escalation management
- Conduct workshops and own solution design, prototyping, configuration, and adoption activities
- Lead solutioning and manage configuration of customer solutions
- Ensure customer success throughout and beyond implementation
- Mentor and develop team members in domain expertise, customer management, and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience implementing LIMS systems
- Technical aptitude to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions
- Proven expertise in customer leadership and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Experience with stakeholder management, critical thinking, and complex technical communications across varied audiences
- Determination to deliver successful client solution implementations
- Ability to travel for key customer engagements and internal meetings up to 50%, typically around 25%
