Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex problems from idea to production.
- Work closely with coding agents as a core part of the development workflow.
- Build tooling and feedback systems to enhance coding agent effectiveness.
- Exercise engineering judgment to determine when code is ready for production.
- Define UI/UX and capabilities for an AI-first product.
