Responsibilities
- Support operational teams by identifying monitoring improvements across different systems.
- Coordinate communication about platform changes with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and maintain documentation using Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and draw.io.
- Participate in DCAF and architecture board meetings and provide solutions across cloud, e-commerce, CMS, PIM, and related business processes.
- Present SIP ideas, progress, and blockers.
- Help resolve security issues within product capabilities and support detailed security assessments when needed.
- Recommend code-quality improvements and share code-quality status using Sonar, including security vulnerabilities and poor coding practices.
- Include code-quality steps in build pipelines.
- Design automation solutions for processes within product capabilities and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Support enterprise architecture, maintain the overall solution and CI/CD pipeline upgrades, and provide input on platform standards.
Requirements
- Experience supporting solution architecture and enterprise architecture activities across cloud, e-commerce, CMS, PIM, and related business processes.
- Ability to identify monitoring, security, and code-quality improvement opportunities.
- Experience with Sonar and build-pipeline quality controls.
- Experience improving CI/CD pipelines and automating repetitive processes.
- Ability to communicate platform changes, present technical ideas and blockers, and collaborate with developers and architecture stakeholders.
