Base Salary

$95k - $115k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
  • Lead solution architecture and technical design activities across Salesforce platforms.
  • Evaluate business and technical requirements to create scalable architecture solutions.
  • Partner with client executives and stakeholders to guide architecture decisions.
  • Define end-to-end solution designs, including application architecture and integrations.
  • Assess existing technology environments and recommend modernization strategies.
  • Coordinate architecture activities across multiple technologies and project workstreams.
  • Establish architecture principles, technical standards, and governance processes.
  • Review proposed solutions for alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify architecture risks and technical tradeoffs early in the delivery process.
  • Facilitate architecture workshops and communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Support solution estimates, implementation planning, and technical documentation.
  • Mentor architects and technical team members on architecture practices.
  • Stay current on Salesforce developments and emerging architecture practices.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technology leadership.
  • Minimum of 5 Salesforce certifications, including 2 architect-level certifications.
  • Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to develop enterprise technology roadmaps.
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design practices.
  • Experience designing solutions across Salesforce clouds and integrated applications.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
  • Ability to assess complex technology environments and identify risks.
  • Experience working across multiple delivery teams and technologies.
  • Strong facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
