Base Salary
$95k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design activities across Salesforce platforms.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements to create scalable architecture solutions.
- Partner with client executives and stakeholders to guide architecture decisions.
- Define end-to-end solution designs, including application architecture and integrations.
- Assess existing technology environments and recommend modernization strategies.
- Coordinate architecture activities across multiple technologies and project workstreams.
- Establish architecture principles, technical standards, and governance processes.
- Review proposed solutions for alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify architecture risks and technical tradeoffs early in the delivery process.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Support solution estimates, implementation planning, and technical documentation.
- Mentor architects and technical team members on architecture practices.
- Stay current on Salesforce developments and emerging architecture practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or technology leadership.
- Minimum of 5 Salesforce certifications, including 2 architect-level certifications.
- Hands-on experience architecting Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
- Proven ability to develop enterprise technology roadmaps.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and design practices.
- Experience designing solutions across Salesforce clouds and integrated applications.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to assess complex technology environments and identify risks.
- Experience working across multiple delivery teams and technologies.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
