State StreetResponsibilities
- Implement and deliver server-side components, microservices, Web APIs, and enhancements to the BestX product.
- Architect and build production-grade Generative AI systems, LLM-powered solutions, AI-enabled services, and agentic frameworks.
- Integrate Generative AI into financial analytics, automation, decision support, and operational workflows.
- Design autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that reason, plan, and orchestrate distributed enterprise workflows.
- Apply engineering practices for observability, testing, versioning, explainability, security, and cost control in AI systems.
- Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into reliable AI solutions.
- Shape standards and patterns for prompt management, model integration, evaluation, and AI lifecycle management.
- Influence technology and architectural decisions and drive engineering modernization and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience with modern Agile engineering, cloud-native architectures, server-side development, and database design.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy LLM-powered solutions and Generative AI systems into commercial production environments.
- Experience designing intelligent automation, agentic frameworks, or autonomous and semi-autonomous enterprise agents.
- Strong engineering discipline, including clean code, robust design patterns, maintainable architectures, testing, security, and quality practices.
- Understanding of Transaction Cost Analysis and the benchmarks required for MiFID II/MiFIR.
- Ability to balance innovation with reliability, performance, regulatory expectations, and operational risk.
- Experience with prompt management, model integration, evaluation, explainability, observability, and lifecycle management is relevant to the role.
