Responsibilities

Manage, mentor, and upskill a team of solutions engineers while shifting the team toward proactive partner solutions architecture.
Design, build, and maintain AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-service technical documentation.
Monitor partner technical health, revenue performance, deployment success, and technical service-level agreements.
Act as the primary technical partner and architect for strategic clients in Brazil and globally, leading integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting.
Build custom solutions and resolve edge-case integrations using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations.
Partner with engineering and product leadership to turn recurring partner issues into product features and architectural improvements.

5+ years of software or solutions engineering experience.
1–2+ years of experience as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops.
Native or fluent Portuguese and fluent English, both spoken and written.
Proficiency in JavaScript ES6+, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and Chrome DevTools debugging.
Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager, Prebid.js, Header Bidding, or SDK integrations is highly preferred.
Ability to mentor engineers and own the commercial and technical growth of partner accounts.
