Responsibilities

Design and implement threat detection capabilities using Active Directory and Entra ID expertise across hybrid environments.
Develop high-quality, scalable backend services for on-premises and SaaS environments.
Influence architecture, scalability, integration approaches, and technical direction.
Integrate Netwrix Threat Manager data and capabilities with other Netwrix identity, data, and security products.
Use AI capabilities for threat detection, anomaly identification, predictive analytics, and natural-language security interfaces.
Collaborate with product management, platform teams, and engineering leadership.
Mentor and support engineers in their technical growth.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
6–8+ years of software development experience focused on enterprise software.
Experience designing and delivering on-premises and SaaS software at scale.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS security practices, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability.
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architectures, and event-driven design.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, RESTful APIs, asynchronous communication patterns, modern object-oriented programming languages, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework Core.
Solid understanding of Active Directory and experience mentoring or guiding engineers.
Preferred experience includes C#, the .NET ecosystem, threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts, security frameworks, Entra ID, hybrid cloud identity, machine learning applications in threat detection, open-source contributions, and ITDR products.
