Responsibilities
- Design and implement threat detection capabilities using Active Directory and Entra ID expertise across hybrid environments.
- Develop high-quality, scalable backend services for on-premises and SaaS environments.
- Influence architecture, scalability, integration approaches, and technical direction.
- Integrate Netwrix Threat Manager data and capabilities with other Netwrix identity, data, and security products.
- Use AI capabilities for threat detection, anomaly identification, predictive analytics, and natural-language security interfaces.
- Collaborate with product management, platform teams, and engineering leadership.
- Mentor and support engineers in their technical growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6–8+ years of software development experience focused on enterprise software.
- Experience designing and delivering on-premises and SaaS software at scale.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, SaaS security practices, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, modular architectures, and event-driven design.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, RESTful APIs, asynchronous communication patterns, modern object-oriented programming languages, PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework Core.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and experience mentoring or guiding engineers.
- Preferred experience includes C#, the .NET ecosystem, threat detection methodologies, SIEM concepts, security frameworks, Entra ID, hybrid cloud identity, machine learning applications in threat detection, open-source contributions, and ITDR products.
