Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise software solutions in a global product organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while enforcing architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for enterprise software development.
- Conduct architectural reviews, performance analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure products can be deployed, managed, and scaled effectively.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure products comply with organizational cybersecurity standards across architecture, design, development, testing, and continuous integration.
- Promote technical innovation, CI/CD-friendly enterprise products, strong technical vision, and architectural runway.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 15 years of experience in enterprise software product development using the Microsoft technology stack.
- At least 3 years of experience as a software architect for complex enterprise software products.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, architectural styles, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, including the listed Microsoft and web technologies.
- Experience with on-premises and cloud-based architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, mentoring, and technical-vision skills.
- Experience working as an architect in a large Agile ecosystem and developing CI/CD-friendly enterprise software products.
- Experience or knowledge with Rust, industrial protocols such as Modbus and BACnet, and edge/comms products.
- Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, industrial device communication, energy, telecom, network management, healthcare, Yammer, Teams, PowerApps, or Power Automate is nice to have.
