Base Salary
$124k - $222k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AI platform capabilities for tool calling, multi-agent architectures, planning, reasoning, action execution, and human-in-the-loop integrations.
- Build secure Python web services and multi-tenant runtime architectures using Kubernetes to support fast inference at million-user scale.
- Develop and deploy scalable data pipelines and production ML infrastructure for document intelligence and AI solutions.
- Translate product requirements into functional technical designs with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews, code quality initiatives, and development of maintainable, testable, and efficient software.
- Apply MLOps practices including automation, observability, and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and ML researchers to turn ML concepts into production-ready solutions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software development engineering experience designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.
- At least 2 years of Python experience shipping production code and systems.
- At least 2 years of experience building scalable data pipelines and working with large-scale datasets.
- At least 2 years of experience deploying production services to cloud platforms and using Docker or Kubernetes for MLOps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong algorithmic thinking and experience designing, implementing, and analyzing efficient algorithms for complex problems.
- Expertise in engineering, deploying, and applying MLOps to advanced machine learning solutions such as generative models, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
- Strong understanding of scalable distributed systems, performance optimization, database technologies, and robust API development.
- Experience building reusable, flexible, well-documented software components and applying unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Strong communication, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, ownership, and delivery skills.
