Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions for large German customers.
- Build enterprise Java applications using AI-assisted and agentic development methods.
- Apply LLMs, agent-based frameworks, code generation, and test automation throughout the software-development process.
- Develop project environments including rule files, context documentation, MCP server configurations, and scaffolding for AI collaboration.
- Review and validate AI-generated code, including identifying hallucinations, failure modes, and quality indicators.
- Contribute across the full software-engineering lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership for project teams and mentor, train, and share knowledge with colleagues.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- At least eight years of professional software-development experience.
- Strong experience with Java and enterprise software development.
- Experience or interest in AI methods and tools used in software development.
- Willingness to work with agile methods such as Scrum or Design Thinking.
- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to team success.
