Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation of agent solutions by translating architecture designs into scalable, production-grade implementations.
- Oversee agent development, integrations, workflow orchestration, and deployment through production.
- Design and implement agent workflows, external-system and API integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Set squad engineering standards, code-quality expectations, and review practices.
- Mentor Agent Engineers and provide technical guidance on implementation approaches and decisions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems, unblock implementation challenges, and guide resolution efforts.
- Own implementation quality through testing, reliability engineering, and defect-prevention practices.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation for agent solutions.
- Participate in architecture, code, and design reviews and provide implementation feedback.
- Define production monitoring, logging, and observability for agent systems.
- Partner with architects, domain strategists, and engagement managers to align implementations with business and client requirements.
- Improve engineering practices, tools, and processes while contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Experience delivering secure applications in financial services or another regulated industry, including authentication, authorization, confirmations, and sensitive user actions.
- Strong experience integrating mobile applications with backend services, APIs, SDKs, and real-time communication technologies.
- Experience integrating AI-powered, conversational, or chat-based capabilities into native mobile experiences.
- Cross-functional ownership across mobile and backend teams, supported by automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, and App Store deployment.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, mentorship, and implementation guidance to less experienced engineers.
