Base Salary
$190k - $247k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and scale test automation frameworks for continuous testing.
- Build and manage automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Develop high-fidelity real-time simulation models for various robotic components.
- Create and maintain software libraries for interfacing with industrial hardware protocols.
- Configure and maintain Linux-based workstations for deterministic test environments.
- Collaborate with Electrical Engineers and Firmware teams on signal mapping and simulation strategies.
- Implement fault injection to simulate critical conditions on robot signals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering or related fields.
- Strong preference for experience in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or complex hardware systems.
- Extensive experience in designing and maintaining Hardware-in-the-Loop systems.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and MATLAB/Simulink for model development.
- Experience with GitHub Actions and test automation frameworks in hardware environments.
- Deep understanding of industrial communication protocols like EtherCAT and CAN.
- Experience with real-time simulation platforms and operating systems.
