Responsibilities
- Lead the development and activation of scalable, secure Microsoft Cloud and AI partner offerings.
- Run technical innovation workshops, technology briefings, architecture reviews, and envisioning sessions.
- Provide architectural guidance, resolve technical blockers, and support transformational sales and co-sell opportunities.
- Guide partners through architecture design sessions, proof-of-concepts, and MVP builds.
- Enable partners to develop repeatable Copilot, automation, and agentic AI offers for market delivery.
- Build technical relationships with partner CTOs, practice leaders, Microsoft engineering teams, and field stakeholders.
- Coach partner technical teams across pre-sales, deployment, consumption, and service delivery.
- Help partners activate specializations, scale delivery capabilities, and convert technical expertise into revenue-generating offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field and 4+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field and 3+ years of technical consulting, technical consultative selling, or product development experience.
- Equivalent experience may substitute for the stated education and experience pathways.
- Proven experience in cloud architecture, solution design, and partner enablement in large-scale or global engagements.
- Experience leading technical innovation workshops, architecture reviews, and build-to-consume engagements with partners.
- Technical certification in Microsoft Azure, Security, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, AI, Data, or related cloud technologies.
- Experience with channel partners, systems integrators, distributors, service providers, or managed service providers across ASEAN or multi-country markets.
- Strong understanding of partner economics, profitable service development, delivery scaling, specialization activation, repeatable offers, and revenue generation.
