Base Salary
$125k - $154k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead Adobe architecture discovery and technical inception workshops.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM solutions and integration architectures.
- Assess architecture, integration, identity, content, and data requirements.
- Create solution blueprints and conduct architecture reviews.
- Integrate AEM with CRM, e-commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third-party systems.
- Drive performance optimization, deployment automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
- Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and client engagements.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Experience with Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and Java.
- Experience with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with architecture governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
- 10+ years of experience in AEM and enterprise digital experience architecture.
