Responsibilities

Identify and frame high-value AI use cases by embedding with business teams, mapping processes and pain points, and defining measurable outcomes.
Rapidly prototype and ship AI solutions using Python, LLM APIs, agentic workflows, and RAG patterns.
Build agents and copilots with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Amazon Bedrock, and AWS orchestration services.
Deploy and operate agents across Azure and AWS using containerized and serverless infrastructure, with state management, monitoring, and cost controls.
Implement enterprise-content retrieval using Azure AI Search, Amazon Bedrock Knowledge Bases, and OpenSearch.
Create self-service templates, playbooks, and guardrailed building blocks so business users can safely build and operate agents.
Translate requirements between business users and platform or engineering teams.
Partner with Security, Privacy, and Governance to apply cloud security, access controls, responsible AI, evaluation, human-in-the-loop, and monitoring practices.

At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, data engineering, or technical consulting with hands-on delivery of working solutions.
Strong Python skills and experience integrating LLM APIs and building agentic or RAG workflows.
Experience deploying applications to Azure and/or AWS, including containerized and serverless patterns.
Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences and switch between technical and commercial conversations.
Preferred experience with Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, AWS agent and orchestration tooling, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, and Power Platform.
Familiarity with agent frameworks, orchestration, and protocols such as MCP.
Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Machine Learning, AWS Certified AI Practitioner, or Microsoft Azure AI Engineer Associate are preferred.
Experience with responsible AI, evaluation frameworks, enterprise security controls, and security- or compliance-sensitive environments is preferred.
