Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical advisor on customer and prospect engagements across MidMarket, Enterprise, and Health Systems
- Lead complex demonstrations and technical discovery for technical and business stakeholders
- Translate business goals into scalable AI workflows integrated with healthcare systems
- Partner with Sales to drive strategic opportunities from qualification through technical close
- Support seamless customer deployment and adoption
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering
- Mentor and guide less-experienced Solutions Engineers
- Develop reusable demos, reference architectures, and enablement assets
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering on platform evolution and feature prioritization
Requirements
- Five years of pre-sales or solutions engineering experience leading large, complex, cross-functional engagements
- One to three years of healthcare or healthcare-technology experience
- Pre-sales or sales experience, with comfort with a 70:30 compensation split
- Strong sales acumen, executive presence, discovery, and objection-handling skills
- Strong technical depth and the ability to translate complex concepts and build consensus across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience managing, integrating, or implementing healthcare technology or enterprise systems
- Experience with patient access and engagement and healthcare technology and AI
- Experience with voice AI technology is preferred
- Familiarity with FHIR and HL7 is preferred
- Prior experience at a high-growth AI or healthcare technology startup is preferred
