Base Salary
$220k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior technical advisor on customer and prospect engagements.
- Lead complex demonstrations and technical discovery.
- Partner with Sales to drive strategic opportunities from qualification through technical close.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives spanning Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
- Mentor and guide less-experienced Solutions Engineers.
- Provide high-value feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- 5 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering with a track record of leading large engagements.
- 1-3 years of healthcare or healthcare-technology experience.
- Pre-sales/sales experience with comfort in a 70:30 comp split.
- High sales acumen and executive presence on customer calls.
- Strong technical depth with the ability to translate complex concepts.
- Experience managing or implementing healthcare technology or enterprise systems.
