Base Salary

$120k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Turn high volumes of production signals into clear, prioritized issues.
Build workflows for detecting, triaging, alerting on, and resolving AI-agent failures.
Integrate the product with collaboration platforms, issue trackers, code-hosting services, and coding agents.
Develop ways for people and AI agents to collaborate on resolving issues.
Build data ingestion, core services, and user-facing product features across the full stack in TypeScript.
Work directly with customers and help establish engineering standards.

At least one year of experience shipping production software and building products people use.
Strong full-stack TypeScript skills, including frontend development and core services.
Experience building and operating AI agents in production, with familiarity with AI-system failure modes and agent-behavior debugging.
Experience with high-volume event data, data pipelines, cost-aware system design, observability, monitoring, and production debugging.
Ability to take customer problems from discovery through shipped solutions, make architectural decisions independently, and work comfortably with ambiguity.
Experience as a founder or CEO.
Required experience with user-facing products; relevant backgrounds include PR review automation, code quality tooling, and early-stage teams.
