Responsibilities
- Understand client and product requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, debug, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Create and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software.
- Automate software validation processes and ensure code quality and error-free delivery.
- Analyze system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend performance improvements.
- Support software installation, system modifications, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.
- Coordinate daily project status, progress tracking, release schedules, and MIS reporting.
- Gather client clarifications, respond to customer requests, track fault reports, and support customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, project managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certifications to learn new programming languages and best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skill: Visual Design.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software systems, data usage, workflows, and system performance.
- Experience with software coding, testing, debugging, validation, documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Ability to produce accurate technical reports and maintain clear documentation.
- Strong customer-focused communication and timely response to customer requests.
