Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Set technical standards and provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple engineering teams.
- Partner with product management, software engineering, architecture, and customers to shape product strategy, technical approaches, and technology roadmaps.
- Create technical product designs, application and service architectures, and complex end-to-end software solutions.
- Develop cloud, containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, operational readiness, and self-service solutions.
- Develop and communicate a department-wide technical vision and influence strategic organizational change.
- Coach and mentor team members, provide technical expertise, and present to audiences across the company.
- Support risk management and the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 15 years of experience designing and developing complex software projects, including at least eight years in the FinTech domain.
- One to two years of experience implementing cloud application solutions or services using containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, and security guidelines.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and designing and building complex end-to-end systems as a full-stack developer.
- Hands-on experience with Java, RESTful web services, Java/J2EE, JUnit, Tomcat, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Kafka, Tibco EMS or JMS, Oracle PL/SQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and AngularJS.
- Experience with test automation, OOA/OOD, CI/CD pipeline implementation, Git, Chef, Maven, Jenkins, cloud platforms, code repositories, bug tracking tools, and wikis.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, software development methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Preferred qualifications include an M.S. or Ph.D., AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, cloud orchestration, monitoring and alerting systems, application migration to the cloud, additional programming languages, ACH/EFT, RTP, and FedNow.
- Knowledge of Splunk, Altiris, Zabbix, AppDynamics, C#, Ruby, Python, PHP, Git, SVN, Jira, Bugzilla, and Confluence is preferred.
- Must pass a background and drug screen and independently possess eligibility to work in the United States.
