Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Data 360 delivery covering batch, streaming, API, and Zero Copy ingestion; data modeling; identity unification; transformations; calculated insights; segmentation; and activation.
- Design and govern scalable Data Cloud solutions, data models, DMOs, relationships, architecture, performance, security, and data governance.
- Serve as the primary technical and delivery point of contact for Data 360 initiatives and guide technical teams through design, configuration, deployment, and problem resolution.
- Partner with business, marketing, analytics, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, delivery roadmaps, estimates, and status updates.
- Drive UAT, go-live readiness, post-production optimization, defect resolution, and adoption of Agentforce, Einstein AI, Zero Copy, Semantic Layer, and Document AI capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience, including 8–10 years of Salesforce experience and at least 1–2 years delivering Data 360 implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud/Data 360, including Data Streams, DMOs, Identity Resolution, Data Transforms, Calculated Insights, segmentation, activation, and ingestion strategies.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with APIs, JSON, event data, data integration pipelines, and cloud data platforms.
- Experience integrating Data Cloud with Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Personalization, Marketing Cloud Journeys, Contact Builder, and activation flows.
- Ability to lead technical teams, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, make decisions, solve problems, and balance hands-on implementation with team leadership.
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Administrator certifications are mandatory.
- Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce AI Associate, and Salesforce Platform Data Architect certifications are preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education and experience working with enterprise customers are required.
