Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of the Agentic AI platform.
- Utilize in-context learning and prompt engineering to enhance LLM performance on security tasks.
- Make strategic decisions on model configurability and tradeoffs between different machine learning systems.
- Design evaluation methodologies and metrics to assess machine learning system performance.
- Stay updated on NLP/LLM research and explore new foundation models for domain-specific tasks.
- Establish guardrails for the safe use of LLMs to mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
- Proven track record of shipping LLM-powered products or features.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and techniques to improve LLM performance.
- Understanding of foundation model APIs and safety considerations.
- Prior experience in building machine learning/NLP systems.
- Passionate about LLM research and developments in machine learning.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
