Responsibilities
- Collaborate with software development teams to deliver production-ready client solutions, initially focused on .NET modernization.
- Review technical requirements with the Lead Architect, contribute to technical decisions, and deliver working software to clients.
- Participate in discovery sessions to gather customer requirements and follow established architecture and solution designs.
- Create, automate, and refine multiple levels of AI-driven testing.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, peers, leaders, customers, and partners to deliver value.
- Expand expertise across additional languages, frameworks, AWS services, and AI technologies as engagements evolve.
- Provide professional customer communication, respond to inquiries, communicate project status, and align solutions with client needs.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem and senior-level C# proficiency.
- Experience with SQL Server and Windows Services to Docker/ECS containerization.
- Hands-on .NET Framework 4.6 or 4.8 and modern .NET Core or .NET 8–10 experience.
- Experience migrating ASP.NET WebForms to Blazor and remediating NuGet incompatibilities.
- Knowledge of porting IIS applications to Linux and migrating MSMQ messaging to RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with AWS services including ECS, EC2, RDS for SQL Server, Amazon MQ, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Ability and interest to work with additional languages, frameworks, and application architectures.
- Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, UX/UI, LLMs, AgentCore, GenAI, automated testing, CI/CD, and IaC.
- Experience contributing to and delivering client-facing customer engagements.
- Strong collaboration, communication, customer service, active listening, and client-feedback skills.
