Own the frontend of Sauna, building fast, polished interfaces for an AI-powered software product. This is a highly autonomous, in-person role combining frontend engineering, product judgment, and design execution.

Build and scale production-grade AI agent systems for Sauna, spanning agent architecture, memory, tool use, evaluations, and deployment. This is a hands-on, in-person role focused on making customer-facing agents fast, reliable, traceable, and useful.

Staff Engineer partnering with the CTO to shape Sauna’s architecture, scale its AI agent platform, and keep shipping production code. This is a high-ownership, in-person role for an experienced systems builder with hands-on AI/LLM experience.
