The AI Engineer designs and delivers AI-enabled applications, microservices, agents, and automation workflows across Waystone’s high-code and low-code ecosystems. The role emphasizes practical AI integration, responsible adoption, observability, governance, and mentoring rather than foundational model development.

Lead the enterprise-wide design, governance, and delivery of workflow automations that connect systems, orchestrate processes, and reduce manual work. This hands-on technical leadership role uses n8n and Microsoft Power Automate while partnering with AI Engineering to incorporate responsible AI capabilities into workflows.

Lead the technical direction, standards, and evolution of Waystone’s client-facing and internal web portals. This role combines hands-on modern front-end engineering with team leadership, portal rationalization, accessibility, security, and AI-assisted prototyping.
