Base Salary
$139k - $196k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor the threat landscape and analyze risks relevant to GitLab.
- Administer the Threat Intelligence Platform and build out intelligence collection pipelines.
- Support incident response through malware analysis and threat actor tracking.
- Collaborate on Purple Team Flash Operations to validate and improve defensive capabilities.
- Build relationships with industry peers to share intelligence on emerging threats.
- Write code and leverage AI to automate processes and improve efficiencies.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering actionable intelligence impacting organizational security.
- Experience with a Threat Intelligence Platform and managing threat feeds.
- Research experience using OSINT and structured analytical techniques.
- Ability to automate tasks by writing scripts, preferably in Python.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex topics clearly.
- Optional: experience in reverse engineering malware, especially for macOS and Linux.
