Responsibilities
- Design and develop OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Build Salesforce applications with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.
- Create user experiences for customer onboarding, quoting, and service workflows.
- Design enterprise integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration solutions.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, profiles, permissions, and automation processes.
- Implement business rules, validations, error handling, and conditional logic.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and platform performance optimization.
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, evaluate Salesforce capabilities, recommend enhancements, and document technical designs and development standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Strong Salesforce Platform development experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, and OmniStudio/Vlocity.
- Hands-on experience with DataRaptors, FlexCards, OmniScripts, and Integration Procedures.
- Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with large datasets, ETL processes, and data migrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices and experience in Agile development environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Salesforce Industries experience, CRM/ERP and enterprise-system integrations, Azure or AWS experience, Salesforce Platform Developer Certification, OmniStudio Developer Certification, and additional Salesforce certifications.
