Responsibilities
- Contribute to technical implementations across Front, Middle, and Back Office investment management workflows.
- Analyze and translate business and technical requirements into CRIMS configurations and application components.
- Configure and develop application components using established designs and standards.
- Support functional, integration, and regression testing activities.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with support from senior team members.
- Ensure configurations and deliverables meet quality, stability, and operational standards.
- Participate in go-live readiness and provide post-deployment implementation support.
- Follow CRD SDLC and documentation standards while collaborating with global delivery teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of relevant professional experience in financial technology or enterprise software, ideally in consulting, financial institutions, or financial software.
- Hands-on experience with investment management or capital markets implementations, including application configuration or development, integration, data processing, reporting, or analytics support.
- Working proficiency in C# and Core Java, plus SQL Server querying, joins, and basic performance analysis.
- Exposure to batch jobs, ETL or data-processing tools, reporting tools such as SSRS, and data validation and reconciliation.
- Exposure to Azure or AWS cloud platforms and familiarity with cloud-based deployments; Snowflake experience is beneficial.
- Awareness of industry interfaces such as FIX and SWIFT and market or reference data providers such as Bloomberg and MSCI.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, databases and SQL, enterprise applications, and distributed systems.
- Relevant Azure or AWS fundamentals, technical or financial certifications, or progress toward CFA are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and willingness to learn financial product functionality and delivery processes.
