Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor team members in developing technical skills and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Provide real-time feedback and coaching, reviewing tickets for quality assurance.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to improve team proficiency in resolving customer issues.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve customer-impacting issues with a focus on root causes.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective support communications.
- Design and implement troubleshooting best practices for client resolutions.
- Contribute to refining processes, workflows, and playbooks for complex customer challenges.
- Serve as a technical escalation point for high-priority cases.
- Lead the creation of knowledge-sharing resources, including documentation and tutorials.
- Enhance the support team’s knowledge of CoreWeave’s products through continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent technical experience.
- At least 5+ years of experience in cloud support or related technical roles.
- Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with networking, load balancing, storage volumes, and Linux system administration.
- Ability to mentor team members and improve team capabilities.
- Experience with observability tools such as Grafana.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience resolving complex customer issues.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical presentation skills.
