Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and help teams successfully deliver projects.
- Guide and coach teams in software implementation and engineering practices.
- Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through production evolution.
- Design solutions, select technologies, and make pragmatic tradeoffs within client constraints.
- Write clean and reusable code while advocating TDD, pair programming, design patterns, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with teammates on features, design concepts, interactive prototypes, and UX implementation.
- Apply DevSecOps tools and practices to build and deploy secure, high-quality software.
- Mentor less experienced peers and foster feedback, growth, and an inclusive team culture.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NextJS.
- Experience leading software development teams.
- Knowledge of delivery approaches including TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and infrastructure automation.
- Knowledge of cloud technology such as AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes is preferred.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident due to project security-clearance requirements.
- Ability to influence others, translate business needs into software requirements, develop technical vision, mentor peers, and work effectively in ambiguous situations.
