Responsibilities
- Provide user support and NetSuite subject matter expertise to employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, and clients.
- Lead requirements documentation, design documentation, report writing, analytics, and data or systems integration projects.
- Perform hands-on SuiteScript coding, system-upgrade integrity testing, and development-release testing before production migration.
- Develop and maintain NetSuite workflows, processes, dashboards, operational reports, custom forms, portlets, and advanced PDF templates.
- Build and manage integrations using RESTlets, SuiteTalk, NetSuite REST Web Services, iPaaS platforms, Integrator.io, and native NetSuite tools.
- Manage functional lead or system expert responsibilities across production and sandbox NetSuite environments.
- Document business objectives, use cases, requirements, specifications, workflows, and processes, and assist with customer go-live scenarios.
- Maintain integrated platform testing applications and complete additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Strong NetSuite ERP development experience and hands-on SuiteScript experience, including Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Portlet, and Mass Update scripts.
- At least 6–9 years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform.
- Experience with NetSuite forms, fields, custom records, workflows, saved searches, formulas, reporting, dashboards, and custom reporting.
- Experience building integrations with RESTlets, SuiteTalk SOAP/REST, NetSuite REST Web Services, OAuth or token-based authentication, and external systems.
- Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS platform such as Boomi or Celigo, including data mapping, error handling, orchestration, Atoms, and NetSuite connectors.
- Experience customizing and managing Integrator.io flows for real-time and scheduled NetSuite data integrations.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite SDLC, Sandbox–Dev–Test–Production deployments, SuiteCloud Development Framework, and Git-based source control.
- Experience with SuiteAnalytics Connect using JDBC or ODBC and automated CSV imports.
- Experience with SuiteCloud IDE, VS Code, WebStorm, Postman, Fiddler, multiple NetSuite accounts, and sandboxes.
- Expertise in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, including script governance optimization and performance tuning.
- Understanding of accounting, manufacturing, and warehouse-management business practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication, independent technical-work, prioritization, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- NetSuite Developer certification is preferred; SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, Boomi, Celigo integration, and NetSuite ERP Consultant certifications are highly valuable.
- Industry experience in software and services verticals is preferred.
