Responsibilities
- Design, code, and ship localized context-aware GTM Agents for seller problems.
- Program and maintain backend orchestration layers for CRM deal metrics.
- Collaborate to build interactive AI role-play environments for onboarding.
- Prototype real-time sales assistance tools for live call environments.
- Create automated pipelines for content maintenance and data accuracy.
- Map and isolate UX friction in the CPQ platform to improve efficiency.
- Program proactive data validation scripts to mitigate errors.
- Translate complex operational policies into automated user guidelines.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- 1 year of hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or internal applications.
- Technical proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with APIs, vector storage setups, and AI application orchestration frameworks.
- Proven background in developing user-friendly tools for non-technical users.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS workflows and sales deal milestones.
- Ability to rapidly prototype and build scalable front-ends.
