Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, simulate, test, and maintain automation products, processes, frameworks, tools, and reusable libraries.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Implement automated software validation, track defects and resolutions, and report coverage and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, project management, business subject matter experts, users, partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous deployment practices by developing automation strategies, formalizing processes, and providing tools.
- Perform backend and database programming for key projects and document automation processes according to Wipro guidelines.
- Assist testers and support personnel with system problems and maintain awareness of industry standards.
Requirements
- Mandatory Salesforce QA Automation skills.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to design and implement automated testing tools and automation frameworks.
- Experience developing test plans, test cases, and automated validation processes for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming and resolve complex technical design issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with test personnel, users, developers, clients, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to create technical documentation, track defects, and follow quality and development standards.
