Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements, technology architectures, system interdependencies, and application stacks.
- Design, develop, maintain, and improve automation frameworks and reusable libraries.
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, scenarios, and usage cases for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional testing.
- Develop automated testing tools and software validation processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Track functional and non-functional coverage metrics, defects, resolutions, bug fixes, and mitigation techniques.
- Collaborate with development, Agile delivery, business subject matter experts, testers, users, developers, clients, and project management.
- Support continuous deployment practices by developing strategies, formalizing processes, and providing tools.
- Perform backend/database programming for key projects and document automation processes, test cases, debug data, and performance reviews.
- Provide technical problem resolution, tester support, and customer and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory experience with RestAssured API Testing.
- Experience designing and executing automated testing for functional, regression, performance, and non-functional requirements.
- Ability to develop automation frameworks, reusable libraries, automated testing tools, and software validation processes.
- Ability to perform backend/database programming and resolve complex technical design and system issues.
- Ability to work with development and Agile delivery teams and communicate effectively with users, developers, testers, clients, and other stakeholders.
