Base Salary
$235k - $255k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end experiments to improve product growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to scope experiments.
- Build and ship product features based on data-driven hypotheses.
- Measure the impact of experiments and iterate on successful outcomes.
- Work cross-functionally to turn insights into actionable product changes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in startups.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development.
- Ability to design, run, and analyze experiments quickly.
- Strong analytical skills to inform product decisions through data.
- Familiarity with Django, React (Next.js/Typescript), Mixpanel, and Cursor.
