Responsibilities
- Architect large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and architectures for language models.
- Train models on large datasets and optimize their performance.
- Analyze and interpret model outputs to drive improvements.
- Continuously evaluate model architectures using performance metrics and user feedback.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in large language models is stated as an additional requirement.
- Proficiency in large language models is required.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training models on large datasets and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools for model development.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
