Responsibilities
- Architect large language models capable of processing and generating natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and architectures and train models on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Optimize model performance, analyze model outputs, and improve architectures using performance metrics and user feedback.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members in large language models.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in large language models.
- Proficiency in large language models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications in natural language processing.
- Experience training models on large datasets and optimizing performance.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools for model development.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model outputs to drive improvements.
- 15 years of full-time education.
