Responsibilities
- Design and implement reinforcement learning pipelines for virtual collaborator use cases.
- Build and scale a data creation platform for generating high-quality tasks.
- Integrate real organizational data to create authentic training environments.
- Develop robust evaluation systems to maintain quality and prevent reward hacking.
- Train Claude on advanced document manipulation and co-creation.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure training aligns with shipped features.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Python programming with a focus on producing reliable code.
- Strong background in machine learning.
- Ability to navigate the intersection of research and product development.
- Comfort with ambiguity and balancing research rigor with deadlines.
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
