Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and execution to simplify complex workflows for customers.
- Build scalable systems and polished user experiences across Hover’s platform.
- Improve onboarding experiences and enhance feature adoption.
- Develop collaboration workflows and systems for displaying measurements.
- Scale customer-facing experiences to boost activation and retention.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and scaling customer-facing applications.
- Deep expertise in React and backend frameworks like Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with or interest in React Native for mobile applications.
- Strong background in building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
- Comfort with modern developer tooling, including AI-assisted tools.
- Experience in iterative product environments shaped by customer feedback.
- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives from concept to launch.
- Strong product and engineering judgment for making technical tradeoffs.
- Experience collaborating with product, design, and data teams.
- A strong ownership mindset with mentoring experience.
