Responsibilities
- Build and lead complex front-end features using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Drive architecture and technical decisions for shared UI libraries and front-end performance.
- Partner with Design to deliver intuitive, polished, and accessible experiences.
- Scale applications across web, mobile using Capacitor, and desktop using Electron.
- Collaborate with Product, ML, and Back-End teams to ship full-stack features.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to team-wide engineering best practices.
- Help evolve Nabla’s design system, architecture, and front-end tooling.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in front-end or full-stack development, focused on modern web technologies.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, CSS architecture, and performance optimization.
- Experience thinking in design systems and building reusable, consistent interfaces.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate user needs into polished interfaces.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and support others in doing the same.
- Clear communication in English.
- Experience with mobile applications, Electron, accessibility, or healthcare products is a bonus.
