Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Define and execute architecture strategy for AI-powered CX and contact center platforms.
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous-agent and multi-agent AI systems with workflow orchestration.
- Develop conversational and task-oriented experiences using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Architect scalable and secure AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Design agent workflows incorporating tool usage, API integrations, function calling, and orchestration.
- Lead cloud-native and event-driven solution implementations.
- Establish AI architecture standards, development practices, governance, and security controls.
- Collaborate with business, CX, product, and engineering stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and architects while providing technical leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering, cloud architecture, or enterprise solution design experience.
- 5+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI experience.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI applications on Google Cloud.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Expertise with multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and governance.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, and Vertex AI Agent Builder.
- Experience with Google Gemini models, PaLM models, Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run, Google Kubernetes Engine, and Cloud Functions.
- Strong system design, microservices architecture, customer experience/contact center, leadership, and mentoring experience.

- Base compensation range is $150,000 to $210,000 per year, with possible additional variable compensation, bonuses, or commissions.
