Base Salary
$159k - $254k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business, product, and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, controls, and transformation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and prototype agentic AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and operational effectiveness.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs, workflows, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- Use LLMs, agentic systems, RAG, tool use, orchestration frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.
- Collaborate with Technology teams to industrialize and deploy solutions into production.
- Work with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Privacy, Information Security, and other control partners to ensure solutions are explainable, auditable, and governed appropriately.
- Create reusable AI patterns, capabilities, tools, evaluations, and reference architectures.
- Drive solutions from concept through implementation with measurable business outcomes and help increase organizational AI fluency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Artificial Intelligence Solutions experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, data science, solution architecture, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions with measurable business impact.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs, agentic and multi-agent architectures, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and rapidly prototype with a production-oriented mindset.
- Experience in regulated, risk-managed, or control-intensive environments.
- Experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, capital markets, lending, client onboarding, financial crimes, deal execution, sales/origination, trading, or related financial services domains is preferred.
- Knowledge of model governance, AI risk management, responsible AI, privacy, and information security practices.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, and production AI deployment patterns.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and cross-functional operating skills.
