Responsibilities
- Develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug software applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Write clean, maintainable, efficient code and participate in code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, architecture, data engineering, quality assurance, and IT teams.
- Design and support scalable, reliable, secure, and performant software applications.
- Write and maintain technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile processes, daily standups, retrospectives, onboarding, training, and professional development.

Requirements
- More than eight years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with software development tools including VS Code, Git, and Jira.
- Knowledge of code reviews, unit testing, continuous integration and delivery, Terraform, and software engineering best practices.
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, and ORM database technologies.
- AWS experience designing, building, and supporting highly scalable systems is preferred.
- More than six years of software development experience in an Agile environment is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related area of study is preferred.
- Relevant AWS certifications and experience in fast-paced environments are preferred.
