Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated testing frameworks for CDEV, LIDA, and DDHS.
- Develop automated tests for REST APIs and Kafka-based workflows.
- Implement integration tests using TestContainers in isolated environments.
- Validate SQL database data for consistency, traceability, and auditability.
- Automate end-to-end testing for Angular-based user interfaces.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to define acceptance criteria and test data.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT execution, track defects, and monitor resolution.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Java, preferably Java 17 or 21, JUnit 5, and AssertJ.
- Hands-on REST API testing experience using RestAssured or similar tools.
- Practical experience with TestContainers and Kafka message testing.
- Solid SQL knowledge for database validation and data integrity testing.
- Experience with UI test automation using Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions and version control with Git.
- Familiarity with OpenShift or Kubernetes is preferred.
- Performance testing experience with JMeter or Gatling is preferred.
- Banking, financial services, or lending-domain experience is preferred.
