Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, development, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform.
- Build custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch classes, scheduled jobs, and Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Salesforce sharing rules, roles, profiles, Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard platform functionality.
- Develop complex Salesforce integrations with external systems using custom APIs or middleware tools.
- Debug production incidents, perform bug fixes, handle service requests and data loads, and deliver application enhancements.
- Provide business support for critical issues and mentor operations team members.
- Maintain Salesforce architecture, coding standards, design patterns, governor-limit practices, and code coverage.
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of sales systems across multiple business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work or technical experience.
- Relevant experience as a Salesforce Developer working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience developing Sales Cloud instances for mid-market or enterprise companies.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Platform, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sites, and Communities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, custom APIs, or middleware.
- Experience with declarative Salesforce development using Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow.
- Experience designing and building Lightning pages and maintaining Salesforce coding, design, architecture, and governor-limit best practices.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification and Salesforce Administrator certification are preferred.
- Experience with Marketing applications such as Marketo and CTI integrations such as InContact is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, organizational, prioritization, and business-support skills are preferred.
