Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain the Hubs runtime platform.
- Design scalable user interfaces using microfrontend concepts.
- Build a frontend platform that enables customization at scale.
- Collaborate with frontend, product, and engineering teams to support platform adoption.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and well-documented code.
- Contribute to technical standards and operational processes.
- Provide 24/7 production support for UIs and services targeting 99.99% uptime.
- Monitor production systems, tune alerts, and respond to production incidents.
- Recommend technical investments that improve stability, performance, and scalability.
- Support short- and long-term technical planning.
- Build modern continuous integration and continuous delivery systems for deterministic releases.
- Develop operational support strategies for junior developers.
- Mentor junior developers in technical and professional skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or comparable work experience.
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience, including test-driven development and UI/API design.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, React, and TypeScript is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience monitoring systems, tuning alerts, and responding to production alerts.
- Experience working remotely and with distributed teams.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
